Tick tick BOOM! what started as a painting back in 2022, an independent artist based in Brooklyn New York, U.S.A, Steven Trimble of bombsupply wanted to go into the designer toy universe. Previously worked with a few other artists to bring a 30″ version to life in resin and spent a few weeks sanding and painting it. It’s been to a few galleries and shows – the response has been great. Fast forward to the present day a search for a manufacturer that could help bring it to a reality in small form has been established. YOU can be one of the first to own the smaller-scale version of the “Bombshell which will be made in vinyl form! Right now Steven has launched a Kickstarter to help fund the order. Now you can be a part of the project and while you have the chance to be one of the first to own Bombshell and take advantage of the rewards with the crowdfunding campaign which features plenty of tiers.
I began to contemplate how to expand my art to a broader audience—understanding that not everyone is always in the market for a new painting. Reflecting on what bombsupply truly represents, which is turning anarchy into a commodity, I decided to start creating tangible objects. This journey began with the limited release Molotov series, which has seen several iterations. You can view those releases on my website.
