We’re getting real close now to the end of voting for the Designer Toy Awards 2016, and we find ourselves looking to decide on the Best Toy Store. We think this is a difficult choice to make, probably one of the hardest. Not just because all the finalists are worthy, but it’s hard to choose your favourite store if you’ve never visited the store in person. We are sure that there are hundreds of TTC readers who have at some point in their lives visited one or more of these Best Toy Store finalists, and they each pick their favourite. The Toy Chronicle have been very lucky to have visited some of the finalists over the course of the past few years. Our aim is always to get out to more, though. Just need that opportunity to visit more US cities. This year the Best Toy Stores are all US based, and that is probably a sign of the times too. As we’ve seen these past few months, it’s not easy to maintain a physical brick & mortar store in current economic climate. So hats off to all those that continue to bang the Designer Toy drum from a store. Anyways, back to the Best Toy Store finalists. That’s why you’re here, right?! You can vote for your DTA Best Toy Store HERE, but be quick, less than 24hours left to vote.
