Has it really been almost three years since the last custom series from the guys at Art Toys México (previously Hecho en México)?! It does feel like a long time since we last saw them get the band back together for a custom series, but three years FEEEEELLLLLSSSS long! Maybe we missed something in between? Regardless, they are back! Bringing together the finest artists from México to create a custom series. Previously the platform was the Kidrobot Dunny but in 2019 they have moved to the Superplastic Janky as the new platform. Introducing City Wars!
Featuring the works of Shiffa, Mr Ocio, Hooligan, Mr Mitote, Avatar 666 & Jump Jumper Ant! Each artists designed four custom Janky, with most creating a chase in the mixer too. These will all be blind boxed and be sold via avatar666.bigcartel.com from 12pm CDT (6pm BST) on Tues 16th July. Each blind box is priced at $135 (£108) + shipping. When you purchase your blind box, you could get any of the 16 designs available. Check out the individual work by each artist below…
