Spanish artist Fer MG continues on working hard. There is no doubt that he is serious about his work and keeps pushing himself forward as you can tell from his releases. Not long ago he brought us the badass ‘Hellrine’ custom Tequila Muttpop, now he’s back in a more peaceful way. He searched for his inner self and reached enlightenment as he went for a ‘buddha statue look’. It’s good to see Fer experimenting with different styles and techniques in these 3 big ‘peace and love’ (as he put it) customs;
Two 8 inches Dunny’s and one 7 inches Munny, as cool as they come! We almost sense a Kevin Gosselin’s Lost Civilization Madls vibe here, and that’s a good thing!
The 8 inch stone Thai dunny, is sculpted with buddhist symbols like yin-yang on the ears, lotus flower on the front and eternal knot on the back and lots of moss.
The 8 inch gold Thai Dunny features sculpted metal geometric pyramids over his body, and some rust, did we mention GOLD?
The 7 inch stone Thai munny features sculpted buddhist symbols like lotus flower on the front, eternal knot on the back and yin-yang on the arms and also lots of moss.
All work was done with supersculpey, epoxi, acrilyc paint on spray, dry brush and protected with mate varnish for a classy finish.
They are now on sale on www.fmstudio.es for fair price of $80/£55 free shipped (signed and numered).
