One of the highlights of the Designer Toy calendar over the course of the last few years is the Custom Dunny series put out by the guys at Hecho en Mexico (Made in Mexico). They’ve done Day of the Dead, they’ve done Space, now they’re doing Evolution, What if? We were treated yesterday to the first full reveal of Shiffa’s art to be included in this year’s Blind Box Custom series. These awesome cute colourful little chicks will no doubt spark alot of interest in this series.
The series is made up of Mexican artists, but this year they’ve added a number of international artists to the mix. Below you’ll see the poster advertising the artists involved: Jalos Nitropolitans, Jump Jumper Ant, Charles Rodriguez, Chakal Tois, Alan Zermeño, Shiffa McNasti, WuzOne Custom, Gabriel Carpio Sergiacomo, ElHoo Ligan and Kaufman Garnell Yoste. A great line-up, right?
Instructions on how to acquire one (or more) of the Hecho en Mexico Blind Boxes…
-Blind box cost will be $105 usd + shipping from México
-Sales will start June 30th at 12:00 pm GMT -6
-To acquire a blindbox you just have to send an email to dunnyhechoenmexico@gmail.c
-Total amount of available pieces is 50, and will be reduced as each order is paid.
-3 chases, made by Charles Rodríguez, Jalos and Yoste
-1 golden ticket made by Avatar 666 (the golden ticket winner will just have to cover shipping costs of it)
-If you want to secure a complete set of 10 pieces, you can ask for it at the same email address, you will have to do it quickly, because sets will be taken from the 50 available pieces and if you get late it’s probable you may not complete it.
Shipping – will be calculated for every order and will be offer 2 options, by registered mail with tracking and by EMS, you choose.
-All orders will be shipped no later than July 4th
