HX Studio (Jesper Puchades) the Catalonian based customiser from the WIP collective has just wrapped up one of his best customs this year. This custom kidrobot vinyl “Skullslinger” by Huck Gee, might not have all the added modifications and extra sculpting like Jasper’s “Wandering Misfits” customs or his own “TO-BOTS” platform. But one thing is does have is style! and thats all it needs. Jesper’s weathering style and technique really suits Huck’s Skullslinger and we’re sure Huck approves too.

Jesper is unlike many customisers, who use weathering techniques has the hang of not overdoing the weathering theme and this Skullslinger is a prime example. We love that light turquoise to the Skullslinger, we’ve seen it being used on a few of Jasper’s work before and dam it works well with this custom.

Jasper totally transforms the look of the OG Skullslinger. Jasper’s paint work gets us everytime. Makes us want to peel and scratch.
Jesper’s work is improving vastly and 2016 is already looking like another promising year for him. Representing Jasper Toycon UK 2015 was a pleasure. Lets see if we can do it for Toycon UK 2016.
Now here’s the bad news if you’re looking to buy this. This 11 inch beauty now sits on display at a UK collectors home (whoever has this has very good taste and great choice) Good news is if you’re looking for a commission email him at hxstudio@gmail.com
