You all know how much The Toy Chronicle love our cats, whether it’s tiny kittens, right up to the largest cats in the world! We just love them! That’s why we love these relatively new custom Kidrobot Dunny series by Kendra’s Customs. Taking inspiration from the colourful animals by Lisa Frank’s ‘Hunter & Forrest’ Kendra has really brought out Frank’s designs great in the 3D aspect of the Kidrobot Dunny.
The 8inch Dunny design, seen below may well be available for purchase. We saw that it was available for $225/£175. You’ll need to contact Kendra HERE on Facebook if interested in purchasing. Kendra usually is seen customising sneakers and other apparel, so it’s nice to see her take on the Kidrobot Dunny. Check out Kendra’s work on Instagram HERE.
Lisa Frank was huge in the 80’s & 90’s for her crazy colourful depicted animal artwork. So many bright colours! Rainbows & sparkles! It’s quite magical. You can see why the 80’s & 90’s loved Lisa Frank!
Kendra’s Customs are also looking to launch a new custom Dunny series, which will hopefully generate $$$ to the World Wildlife Fund too! Kendra plans to create five new custom Tiger pieces (pic below) along with one chase design. Each lucky customer will not only receive these awesomely detailed custom Dunny but Kendra plans to donate a portion of the money to adopt a tiger with WWF. The adoption certificate would go to the guy/girl that bought the Dunny custom! Pretty cool idea. Kendra speaks of her plan on the Kidrobot BST Facebook group HERE.
