Carlo Andrada Cacho AKA Wetworks is churning customs right now, in time for New York Comic Con 2015 and bring represented at Martian Toys booth. “PAGASA” is his latest creation, using one of those horrible unofficial/official APOLOGIES TO BANKSY figures as base figure. Carlo saves the day turning a so called horrible designer toy into a thing of beauty. Adding simplistic vents to the chimps suit and a glorious non over complicated paint work.
