Our artist spotlight artist Kasey Tararuj AKA One-Eyed Girl latest, Slimer custom. He is for the “When the Lights Go Out 3” show opening 17th April at Bottleneck Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. The show features artwork under black lights with glow in the dark touches, how cool is that!
Kasey piece is a 4.5″ Custom, totally transformed and painted up with glow in the dark and neon paints that glow nicely under a black light . She couldn’t have picked a better character for this, since the GID paints make him look super slimey in the light. Her favourite part is how silly he looks in the light compared to how evil he looks in the dark. He’ll be for sale at the show or online afterwards at the gallery!
We totally dig how different it looks under black light and having Kasey trademark style and eyes just gives Slimer a whole new look.
