Tru:Tek is one of the top activists and connoisseurs out there when it comes to the Sofubi/Keshi/Kaiju/Resin scene. Not only that but he’s also a top artist, one of the best in the game. That shows in this new beautiful custom work, the Ooze-faced Jinmenken;
It’s not the first time he used the Oddball Oozeballs in mashups and customs but this set takes the cake. The used of the popular Jinmenken sofubi from Awesome Toy is a great idea, creating a perfect balanced figure with the Oozeballs head.Painted with orange and purple sprays, a beautiful color combo with smooth fades and transitions. Only possible for an experienced artist.
This set was comissioned by a private collector but there’s good news for the rest of us. Tru:Tek will have another 4 one-offs dropping on his Softoy Hobby store in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned for this sofubi goodness.
