It’s that time of the year again, convention season in full swing and this year ACGHK x Elefun Pop Art & Toy Show preparations are underway to bring you figures, art toys, illustrations, sculptures, and drawings under one roof once again. It’s time to mark your calendars and get saving. Can you guys see the lineup for Elefun Pop Art & Toy Show x ACGHK, Artists and brands from around the world are joining the five-day event! Meet the artists, check out all the brands and enjoy the cosplay all under one roof! this year Elefun will have collector art cards for the the show which feature various IP’s and artists for you to collect. One more thing to look forward to is the all new Gold ElefunPop Awards!
今年，香港動漫電玩節內的ElefunPop 藝術玩具展覽，請來世界各地的設計師，同場展示他們的作品。七月二十六至三十日，香港灣仔會議展覽中心，大家一起”玩具放暑假”!
This year, the ElefunPop art toy exhibition at the ACG Hong Kong 2024. Designers from all over the world are invited to show their works at the same venue.
The Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong, formerly known as the Hong Kong Comics Festival, has been held at the end of July every year since 1999.
Before that, comics dealers only exhibited at the Hong Kong Book Fair. In the early days of the Comic Festival, the main exhibitors were comic publishing houses. The Hong Kong Video Game Show was also held at the same venue hence attracting many computer game and online game manufacturers as well. Due to the development of the local comic industry in recent years, comic characters have gradually entered the world of animation from the traditional method of comic books. Therefore, the “Comic Festival” was renamed “Hong Kong Animation Festival and Video Game Show” in 2006.
In 2008, it was officially combined into the current “Hong Kong Animation-Comic-Game Convention” (ACGHK, namely “Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong”).
香港动漫节前身为香港漫画节（Hong Kong Comics Festival），由1999年起开始在每年7月底举行，在此之前漫画商只是在香港书展中展览。漫画节举办初期，主要参展商为漫画出版社，随着大会近年在同场举办香港电玩展，亦吸引很多电脑游戏和网上游戏厂商参展。由于本地漫画业界发展成熟，漫画人物近年逐步从书本走进动画影像世界，故大会由2006年开始，把「漫画节」易名为「香港动漫节及电玩展」。
及至2008年正式结合为「香港动漫电玩节」（ACGHK，即“Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong”）
ELEFUNPOP ART & TOY SHOW
The most eye catching and memorable event of 2021 was the Elefunpop Art & Toy Show 2022 which graced ACGHK for the first time, showcasing many works and designs through a variety of artists from around the world. Among them, 16 world-class toy designers from China, Korea, France, Malaysia and Hong Kong will hold the “Popeye+ Friends Art Fit Exhibition” with the classic cartoon character “Popeye” as the main theme. More than 20 unique and tailor-made works will also be exposed for the first time with a variety of ultra-limited collectibles being displayed and sold at the venue.
2021年最瞩目是「潮巨匠艺术玩具展」（ELEFUNPOP ART & TOY SHOW 2021）首次登陆ACGHK，展售全球多个潮流及巨匠设计艺术家的作品。当中16位来自中国、韩国、法国、马来西亚及香港的世界级艺术玩具设计师，以经典动漫人物「大力水手」为主轴，举办「大力水手度身订造艺术展」（Popeye+ Friends Art Fit Exhibition），超过20多件独一无二、度身订造的作品首次曝光，多款超限量收藏品更会在场内展售。

WAIT there’s MORE, 2024 ElefunPop Art Toy Exhibition. To encourage the overseas designers and local designers to be invited to the “Gold ElefunPop Awards” that will be awarded to the ten winning art toy brand and participating designers. You should work hard, the conference will send mysterious judges to visit each unit within a few days of the exhibition. Maybe you will be one of the winning designers. ElefunPop hopes to create a happy and fun commemorative moment through everyone’s cooperation!
The conference invites Winson Ma to design this interesting ”Gold ElefunPop Award“.
