It wasn’t a rumour! Queues for Chris Ryniak started at Five Points Fest, four days before the gates even open. Folks have been asking for weeks, possibly months to try to find out what Ryniak is bringing along with him to Five Points and he did just that. Now for collectors who couldn’t make it to Five Points Fest you can breathe a sigh of relief as Chris has just announced the online release of his Algonac Spring Green Colourway. A new collab between Chris, Squibbles Ink & Rotofugi.
We continue our collaboration with Cleveland-based artist Chris Ryniak with this new sculpt, Algonac. He’s a happy derpy little snapping turtle, ready to bring joy (and a touch of danger) to your life.
At 2.25″ inches tall, this mini version of Algonac is about the size of a billiard ball and makes a great travelling companion.
This first release is a lovely bright Spring Green vinyl, with painted black eyes. Figure design by Chris Ryniak, sculpt by Chris Ryniak and Scott Wetterschneider, produced by Squibbles Ink + Rotofugi.
