Marrying the features of an exhibition and a shop, the Exhibit-Shop concept of Amaz By Lokianno is revealed today with aims to promote art toys in Hong Kong.
Spanning 10,000sqft, the latest Exhibit-Shop concept at Amaz By Lokianno will bring hundreds of art toys from acclaimed creators from around the world in six exhibition zones. Selected collectibles can also be purchased so visitors can take home a slice of art-toy culture. Winner of the Design Toy Awards – the equivalent of the Oscars of the Design Toys Industry – Chino Lam will feature his famous Kuro Muguro, JIRO and more among countless other limited-edition toys! Collectors, this is your calling!
Amaz By Lokianno debuts the Amaz Gallery Exhibit-Shop to bring to Hong Kong a rotation of works by global artists, artisans and like-minded toy aficionados. At the launch, expect five pieces of hardwood slab furniture done in partnership between Oliver – Creative Director of the Japanese Doto Store – and renowned DJ and creative maven Jim Yan. Making its debut at Amaz Gallery is the limited-edition, signed JDF21 Side Tables made by the 70-year-old Hokkaido furniture brand, Yamagami Mokko. Each JDF21 Side Table is crafted with century-old wood, and every detail is made and perfected in Japan.
Over the years of working with various brands as well as art from local to international the time is now to open the doors to Amaz to present to you all an explosion of designer toys and limited-edition products from around the world. Judging from the photos Amaz By Lokianno should be a hub for your designer toy needs! Over the years, Amaz By Lokianno has long-established collaborations with artists like Chino Lam, Kasing Lung, HEROCROSS , Bwing, SML, POP MART, Pucky, ToyZero Plus, Unbox industries, Kenny Wong, How2Work, just to name a few, whilst cementing their name with organising ToySoul. Now one more chapter with the opening of the Amaz By Lokianno store.

Jim Yan continues his creative streak by joining hands with Japanese label Yamagami Mokko in a cross-industry partnership alongside Oliver, designer and founder of SVOLE LIMITED. 5 century-old white oak side tables Limited-edition JDF21 Side Tables signed by Jim Yan (Limited to 10 only) | Renowned Hong Kong DJ and graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Design, Jim Yan continues his creative streak by joining hands with Japanese label Yamagami Mokko in a cross-industry partnership alongside Oliver, designer and founder of SVOLE LIMITED. Featured goodies include five, limited-edition, signed white oak side tables named JDF21. Made with century-old wood from Hokkaido, these masterpieces are crafted to highlight the natural shapes of the wood itself. This is the trio’s first partnership to debut signed, limited-edition side tables in white oak – symbols of eternity and everlasting craftsmanship. The five different JDF21 Side Tables will be sold on Doto Store (doto-store.jp) and at Amaz Gallery Store’s ExhibiShop. The Side Tables can be a table or chair for children, a vanity seat, or a bed tray. All orders of a JDF21 Side Table made before November 24 will receive a complementary bespoke Christmas sign engraving service so you can show off your style around your home. Hokkaido furniture label Yamagami Mokko has been revered to be the most premium furniture maker in the country. With a 70-year-old history, it made the cases for Tokyo Olympics medals. – Pucky & Poh：Another exciting debut are masterpieces by renowned Hong Kong designers Vin & Pucky, who penned the mascot for Toy Soul Hong Kong this year
– Kenny Workshop (Molly)：Kenny brings his eminent character Molly plus his original works to the Exhibit-Shop
– Soap Studio：An independent exhibition area featuring supersized Tom and Jerry figures plus a myriad other impressive creations
