I pika-pika you, Pikachu! Earlier this week, New York based artist, Daniel Arsham revealed that he will be releasing the BLUE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU via his webshop. Dropping today at Noon EST (5pm BST). This 13inch bust of the most iconic Pokemon, Pikachu is made of cast resin and aluminum oxide, and is cast from a hand sculpted Pikachu made in Arsham Studio.
Weighing in at over 5kg, the BLUE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU comes in an Arsham studio designed housing with die-cut foam, sealing label, and a pair of white art handling gloves. Limited to 500 and priced at $2100 each (about £1707). Each BLUE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU includes an Arsham Editions holographic label verifying its edition number and authenticity. For those in China, the WHITE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU will be available exclusively through the Archive Editions WeChat Mini-program.
