ChrisRWK & UVD Toys are collaborating again to bring you “Contents under pressure”! This 7″ vinyl figure inside of a 10″ acrylic can display transforms Chris’ iconic image into 3D with amazing accuracy and details. When asked about the piece Chris had the following to say
“When life imitates art. I drew this image a few years ago. It went from a drawing to a painting to a sticker to a T-shirt to a bronze sculpture and now to vinyl. When talking with UVD about a new release I said is there any way to make the “contents under pressure” image happen. He said let me see what I can do…boom! He made it a reality. The image comes from a few meanings. One being constantly under pressure to create something. Another is being pigeonholed. This is why the robot has the rattle ball from inside the can shackled to his ankle.
