Back in March we stumbled upon Dragon Boy and companion Blacky prototype illustrations HERE. No offical word about the leaked illustrations, but we sat back waiting for the news of a new vinyl release or resin production. Having seen the prototype at Designer Con 2015, where Martin had 3 on display and collectors could buy the raw prototypes. Today there’s no more second guesses as Martin and the help of Zeb Goodell who’s been molding, casting, sanding and painting each of the new Dragon Boy Super resin sculptures are set to be unleashed.

Gold is nice, but doesn’t do enough for me personally. We hope to see fully painted muli-colour release in the near future that would add fun to the new shape of Dragon boy. Still a fan of Dragon Boy and this new version will definitely be a hit like all the other releases. Zeb Goodell did a fantastic job on sculpting Dragon Boy super.
