Watching Eun Byeol Choi of LOFI Collective art blossom has been a treat and to see her land her first solo show which was filled with art ranging from sculptures that first captured our hearts over 5 years ago with her Karma Series. Now “Distortion” giving you a different side of Eun which was based on her feelings and emotions captured at that moment.

One day I wondered if I was the real me in the mirror. I don’t know if I’m twisted inside. I wanted to tell you a story about who I really am that I know myself. It occurred to me that I was distorting myself or that my inner self was actually distorted. Distortion was created as part of a series that depicted the ‘Real me’ to capture the moment of my emotions. – Eun Byeol Choi
