Hannya Boy plays an important role in the “Demon Craft Storyline”, with the golden-black colour and demon mask, showing a strong side of the little boy! Fast forward to the present day, now Hannya Boy is combined Demon Craft’s signature Tengu mask, with Hannya Boy in “Kumadori” style.

《日本書紀》記載一名僧人聽到天空中傳來的怪聲，接著有東西像流星般迅速地從頭頂飛過，書中首次用「天狗」來描述僧人所見之物，當時人們把其想像成「老鷹」的形象。而平安時代的《今昔物語集》更記載天狗會幻化成佛、僧、聖人的形象，或附身於人類身上
這次採用了能見度最高的 – 天狗傳統面具，配以「隈取」上妝的般若男孩；歌舞伎的妝代表著每個不同的角色，就像社會上許多人群中，雖然來自不同職業、地位，但是戴上面具後大家都是平等的。全球限定100隻的「般若天狗」，將會於6月15號在【玩！妖怪】特展現場，以及Demon Craft官方網站同步發售。
