I’ve immersed myself in
sneaker and Hypebeast culture.
A part of me always wanted to
make a toy that represents who I am.
One of my favorite foods from my home-
town of Shanghai is the Sheng Jian Bao
aka Pan Fried Pork Bao. With the help of
artist Jerome Lu we’ve come up with the
character HypeBao. He is a combination of
my favorite pan fried dumpling and the
hyped attire associated with
sneaker culture.
