Hyperactive Monkey AKA Jerome Lu, is hitting SDCC 2015 hard again. 3 releases confirmed right now. Shao Lu and Shao Mei, Ebony Monkey Kung Fu Pocket Master and The Nature Of Monkey Kung Fu, for all you lucky devils who are going to SDCC. Shao Lu and Shao Mei my personal favourites out of them all, cute with trademark Hyperactive Monkey style with nice sweet colour pallet all turned into Sofubi.
Shao Lu and Shao Mei
Hyperactive Monkey is excited to release at this year’s SDCC, two completely new 4.5″ sofubi (soft vinyl) characters, Shao Lu and Shao Mei. Shao Lu is cast in translucent blue soft vinyl and is articulated at the head. Shao Mei is cast in translucent pink soft vinyl and is articulated at the head. Each figure includes a two sided limited edition print.
Each figure will retail for $40, around £26 or $80 around £51 for the set.
Ebony Monkey Kung Fu Pocket Master
This limited resin piece release stands 3” tall and is cast in a high-gloss black color. It also comes packaged in a woodblock printed linen bag and mini hand screened print.
Priced at $50.00 around £31.
The Nature Of Monkey Kung Fu
Hyperactive Monkey will debut their second book at this year’s SDCC. This 20 page soft cover book is loaded with cute illustrations of your favorite new and old Hyperactive Monkey characters. For SDCC 2015 every copy of the book sold will include an exclusive double sided bookmark/art print.
