At the beginning of the year, Silent Trick x Mspring enlightened us with the release of “LiLiOS” via POP MART’s Asia release on their platform. We have been keeping our eyes open for any news of LiLiOS looking to cross borders as we want to join LiLiOS on new adventures. At the time of posting, four full-size LiLiOS have been released in different editions. With the POP MART Three, Two, One! Happy Chinese New Year Blind Box Series already released today we finally get a little taste of LiLiOS in a smaller size! Now with the new year just around the corner, will we see LiLiOS get an international release? We are yet to see the international release of the full size vinyl art collectible of LiLiOS. For now, we can see LiLiOS past releases and design stages and pray for 2023!
LiLiOS can’t wait for his new journey, which is gonna take a whole year. 365 days, on the road. He won’t stop traveling until leaving his footprints in both cities and towns, plains and mountains, deserts and glacials. LiLiOS’s suitcase will collect all the souvenirs obtained during the trip. And the wind will keep blowing, accompanying him to experience and remember the upcoming journey. Let’s wait and see— what stories LiLiOS will tell us when back from his 365-day magical trip?
If you give yourself over to your imagination, those imaginations will become pixie-like entities, like planets around the stars of your brain in the universe of inspiration. LiLiOS sometimes does this, using his arms as pillows, with his black wings on his back, blinking in anticipation of what beautiful new worlds he and his pixie companions can fly to – the world of infinite possibilities.
