Meet Lil “Tie! the long-established Korean collective “Hands In Factory” the masterminds behind the Running Horns, If you have followed The Toy Chronicle you’ll know we have been fans of Hands In Factory since 2011 and many art pieces have been high-ticket artwork. With the folks at POP MART powering this release now it makes it more affordable that’s for sure while keeping the hallmarks of Hands in Factory signature design.
