This past weekend saw the 2nd Annual Blank Show hosted by Huck Gee x Clutter Gallery, with a whole range of TTC friends taking part in this awesome custom show. A truly global list of artists took part this year, and it felt like everyone upped their game for this show. The Blank figure is a two-time DTA winner now (much like TTC too) and using this figure for custom pieces is a sure fire way to create something truly delightful. Artists certainly didn’t disappoint!

We caught two LIVE streams via our Facebook Page, @thetoychronicle, which you can enjoy below. Thanks to Rob from For The Masses Podcast for the East Coast Correspondent streaming! Always appreciated!
A second video stream was caught too. Check it out below…
Artists for this show included: 64 Colors • Artmymind • Camilla d’Errico • Candie Bolton • Clog Two.• Colus Havenga • Czee 13 • David Bishop • Dolly Oblong • El Hooligan • Fluke • Heath Duntz • Huck Gee • HX Studio • J*RYU • James Groman • Jason Limon • JeAA • Jenn & Tony Bot • Jfury • Jon-Paul Kaiser • Lisa Rae Hanson • Mike Strick • Mr.Mitote • Muju World • Nugglife • Quiccs • RXse7en • Shiffa • Tokyo Jesus • Wetworks.

Some of our highlights from the show are still available to purchase on the Clutter Gallery store HERE. We’ve highlighted a few of our favourites below:
Josh Kimberg’s OctoBlank is a beautiful triple cast resin piece using the Huck Gee Blank head, with an Octopus body sculpt. Limited to 50 pieces, OctoBlank can be purchased HERE for $125/£97.
El Roy the Devil by Shiffa looked banging with his horns in the air and handmade denim jacket. Available to purchase for $600/£464 on the Clutter store HERE.
J*RYU’s take on Iron Maiden’s Eddie is an absolute belter of a custom, a great price too – $666 the number of the beast! If you’re interested in owning this trooper, you can purchase it HERE on the Clutter store.
Something a little different from Candie Bolton, but equally impressive. Great level of detail in this Momento Mori custom Blank. Available to purchase HERE for $600/£464.
If there is one way that The Toy Chronicle are ever going to leave this mortal coil, it’ll be at the hands of doughnuts. So Death by Doughnuts by The Bots resonates deeply with us. This custom can be purchased HERE for $400/£310.
It’s great seeing Mike Strick’s work being recognised overseas. Mike is such an amazing talent and probably deserves to be in every custom show moving forward, we’re surprised to see his work still available to purchase – as it’s so fucking awesome. Great price too. Neptune’s Ghost can be purchased HERE for $360/£279. Bargain.
There are so many other cool pieces of art from Wetworks, Clogtwo, Fluke Graf, Tokyo Jesus, JFury, 64 colours all still remaining, waiting to be purchased. You can go check them all out HERE on the Clutter Gallery store!
