Kuro Maiko is by the one and only 2PetalRose! this one of a kind Maiko is his latest commissioned Maiko. 2PetalRose has gone for much darker colour palette for this Maiko, we are not sure if it was the collectors wishes or it was left for 2PetalRose to roam free to come put with another concept to the Maiko. One thing for certain the stealth kinda style works very well, as it makes the red pop right out.

Kuro Maiko has a new hair style which I personally think it looks great.
2PetalRose never fails on using mix media in his work and the fabric choices are always spot on. On this occasion no doubt 2PetalRose golden crane over the sunset and waves is absolutely wonderful.
The one thing that is on my mind when I see 2PetalRose work is, how will I decided display it? front or back……..
